CONCRETE FINISHER
Job Description

Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications

Set forms, screed, float, trowel, and apply decorative finishes as needed
-
Ensure proper curing, joint placement, and surface protection
-
Collaborate with laborers and other crew members to prepare job sites
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe manner
-
Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to meet project requirements

Follow all company safety protocols

Assist with cleanup and post-project site maintenance
Qualifications

Proven experience as a concrete finisher

Skilled in flatwork, edging, jointing, and finishing techniques

Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including lifting 50+ pounds

Attention to detail and quality workmanship

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license
MACHINE OPERATOR
Job Description
-
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, and graders
-
Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation tasks safely and efficiently
-
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment
-
Maintain and clean equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity

Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to meet specifications

Assist laborers and concrete crews as needed
-
Adhere to all company safety policies

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications

Proven experience operating construction equipment safely and efficiently

Ability to read site plans and follow instructions accurately

LABORER
